As a valued subscriber, you’ll get the exciting perk of being the first to see our latest designs! We send all new releases to our subscription box members before they hit our website. So, get ready to stay ahead of the trends and be among the first to snag our newest creations! We can’t wait for you to see them!

When will my subscription box ship?

Boxes are shipped during the first 5 days of the month.

For example, if you subscribe on the 8th of the month, your first subscription box will be sent the following month, the 1st through the 5th. If you subscribe on the 23rd of the month, your box will be sent during the first 5 days of the following month.

When will my subscription box be billed?

Your first payment will be billed on the day you purchase. Subsequent subscription payments will be billed on the 25th of each month. Your subscription will be sent a few days later, at the beginning of the following month.

Why does my subscription page show that I "skipped" the first month?

All subscriptions are billed on the 25th of each month. To prevent you from being charged twice in the first month, I will "skip" your first month's subscription. Don't worry, you will still receive the subscription you ordered!

Example: You purchase the monthly subscription on the 15th of the month. This subscription will not ship out until the 1st of the following month. However, to prevent you from being charged again on the 25th of the current month, I will "skip" this month's billing cycle. Your next billing cycle will be the 25 of the following month.
