Buy more save more discounts only apply to individual UV DTF wraps and decals. Discounts DO NOT apply to wrap bundles, glassware, gang sheets, or custom orders, and these items are NOT included in calculating your cart subtotals.
For example, if you have glassware in your cart for $50, and wraps for $75, for a subtotal of $125, no buy more save more discount will be applied. The subtotal for individual wraps and decals must exceed $100 before any discounts are automatically applied.
If you have glassware in your cart for $50, and wraps in your cart for $100, you will receive an extra 15% discount on the $100 worth of wraps in your cart.
This discount is automatically applied to your cart and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, but WILL work with other sales happening in my store.

How long is your processing time?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Do glasses come with decals or wraps already applied?
No, they do not. As of right now, I only sell the glasses as "blanks" with the wraps separately. If you would like me to apply a wrap to a cup for you, send me a message and I'll send you a custom order link to complete your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please send me a message if you need to cancel your order. If I have already begun to process your order or have shipped your order, I will not accept a cancellation request.
What is your refund policy?
We stand behind our products so if you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will do the best we can to help you.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are no returns or refunds for custom orders.
Do your products come with a warranty?
I am not responsible for application errors or improper care of the products. With that being said, if you have had your product for 30 days or less and something has happened, please us a message and we will help you the best we can!
What if there is an error with my order?

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't show up?
All orders are sent with tracking information, so we will do everything we can to help you locate your order. If your order shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.
Can I combine orders?
Yes! As long as I haven’t not already sent your other order, I should be able to combine orders.
UV DTF FAQ
What can UV DTF decals and wraps be used on?
UV DTF decals and wraps can be applied to any smooth, hard surface, such as plastic, glass, stainless steel, wood, and more.
NOT for use on fabric.
What kind of finish does a UV DTF decal or wrap have?
These decals and wraps have a high-gloss finish.
How do I apply a UV DTF wrap/decal?
- DO NOT use rubbing alcohol on cups before or after applying the wrap!
- Please wash the surface with soap and water and dry completely before application.
- Trim excess from all sides of the wrap to prevent the wrap from overlapping when applied to the cup.
- Peel the wrap off the carrier sheet. Run your squeegee over the wrap before peeling it off for the best results.
- Apply to your cup. Press down small sections at a time to prevent air bubbles. *Be careful! Once the wrap touches the glass, it cannot be removed!*
- Burnish the decal well onto the cup using a squeegee. The more rubbing, the better! You want to make sure the decal is well adhered to.
- Peel the clear film very slowly to prevent the design from cracking or tearing. If part of the decal comes up with the film, lay the film back down and rub it well before peeling again.
What are the care instructions after my wrap is applied?
- Wait 24 hours before washing your cup.
- Hand wash and dry only.
- Not dishwasher or microwave-safe.
- Do not soak.
How long do UV DTF wraps/decals last?
These stickers are extremely durable, colorfast, chip, and weather resistant, but they can still wear down or lose adhesion depending on the conditions and circumstances. For that reason, we cannot make any warranties or guarantees.
Do I need transfer tape to apply a UV DTF decal/wrap?
Transfer tape is already built into these decals & wraps, so they are completely ready to install. No special tools are needed.
