Currently, we have a Roland BN20, which is for printing/cutting permanent vinyl. This is used to create all of our vinyl decals and wraps.
We also have a 24″ UV DTF printer that we use to create all our UV DTF stickers and wraps!

UV DTF and permanent vinyl are very similar, but they differ in how they are printed. UV DTF is printed with a UV-curable ink and laminated immediately after printing. This type of printing does not require any additional weeding of the design or transfer tape, because it’s already done for you! These prints have a glossy finish.
Permanent vinyl wraps are printed using eco-solvent ink onto permanent vinyl. The machine then cuts out the design, and I “weed” out the design that is not needed before applying my own transfer tape. These prints have a matte finish.
Both types of prints will be completely ready to use and apply without any special tools needed. They both apply the same way and will come with instructions.
